All you have to do is choose your measurement system, gender, age, weight, height, and activity level.

Don't know your body fat percentage? No problem. we are using two calculations to figure it out.

For users who do not know their body fat percentage we will use the Mifflin-St Jeor Equation. This is the most commonly used method to estimate your basal metabolic rate (BMR)

For users who do know their body fat percentage, we will be using the Katch-McArdle Formula. This is often considered the most accurate for those with a known body fat percentage.

This is what you will be seeing.

Once you have pressed the "Calculate TDEE" button you will see three different sections.

Maintenance: the amount of calories you will need to eat to maintain your weight.
Cutting: The amount of calories you will need to eat to decrease your weight. (roughly 1lb a week)
Bulking: The amount of calories you will need to eat to increase your weight. (roughly 1lb a week)

Here you can see moderate carbs, low carbs, and high carb caloric breakdown

For each Maintaining, Cutting, and Bulking plans you will also have the protein, fats, and carbohydrate breakdown.

We give you the option to choose from a diet of moderate carbohydrates, low carbohydrates, or high carbohydrates.

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. We are always here for you.

Keep killing it! 💪
