In essence, we want to help you push your own fitness boundaries to help you unlock your full potential.

How do I get Started with Retrain?

To get started with Retrain, simply click here to go to the sign up page. Create an account, complete your fitness profile by answering a couple of questions about yourself, your goals, your fitness level, and preferences, and the app will generate suggestions for you.

What type of workouts are available on Retrain?

We offer a range of workouts and programs, from strength training, running, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Conditioning, and more.
  - Strength Training: Build muscle and improve strength with targeted exercises.   
  - Cardiovascular Workouts: Enhance endurance and cardiovascular health through running, cycling, and more.   
  - HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training): Burn calories efficiently with intense interval workouts.   
  - Conditioning: Improve overall fitness with dynamic exercises that challenge your body.

How Do I Track My Progress With Retrain?

After you have signed up and signed in, simple click the nav bar and press the “Add New Workout” button. This will allow you to add your exercises, reps, set, perceived exertion, and more. Once you have added your workout, your fitness profile will be updated to reflect the new workout.

How Do I update My Profile Information or Workout Preferences?

You can update your profile information by heading over to the profile section in the app. From there you’ll be able to edit your personal details and relevant information.

Can I Cancel my Retrain Subscription At Any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through the app. If you cancel, you will have access to your premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.

Can I use Retrain if I have an Injury of Medical Condition?

You certainly can use our app, however, we do recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before starting any new fitness program.

How Do I stay Motivated to reach my fitness goals?

Retrain includes several features to help you stay motivated. setting your goals, tracking your progress, and completing community challenges are all a part of the app.
