Kettlebells are usually measured in weight by pood, 16.38 kilograms or 36.1 pounds. Kettlebell workouts can involve a higher range of reps, unlike traditional strength training which are anywhere between 1-15 reps. Because of the higher range of reps, fitness enthusiasts can burn 250 calories in just 20-30 minutes of training.
