1. 5 x 5 Barbell Squat || 2 min rest
2. 4 x 10 Prone Leg Curl || 1 min rest
3. Superset:
   A. 5 x 10 Leg Press
   B. 5 x 8 Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift
   || 1 min rest 

4. Superset:
   A. 5 x 10 Dumbbell Side Lunges
   B. 5 x 10 Dumbbell Reverse Lunges
   || 1 minute rest after completing both exercises
