• Fruits and vegetables are packed with vitamins and minerals that are essential to your health. Aim to eat fruits and vegetables every day to ensure you are getting a wide variety of nutrients!
3. Choosing Whole Grains!
• Choosing whole grains instead of refined grains will help with digesting more fiber, keep you fuller, and help you feel satisfied for longer!
4. Include Lean Protein
• Protein is essential for repairing muscle in the body. Include lean sources of protein like chicken, turkey, tofu, beans, and lentils in your diet to help maintain muscle mass and keep you feeling full between meals

• Listen to when your body is hungry or full. Make sure to eat when you are hungry but don't eat out of habit or boredom. Make sure you pay attention to how different foods make you feel, and adjust your diet accordingly.
