How to Perform the Exercise:
- 1. Start on your knees with the ab roller in front of you and ensure you are holding the handles firmly
- 2. Tighten your core and avoid arching your lower back
- 3. Roll the ab roller forward slowly while extending your arms as your body lowers
- 4. Roll out as far as possible while maintaining control and keeping your core tight
- 5. Once at the extended position, pause for a moment and engage your core to roll the ab roller back towards your knees towards the original position.
